Job Title: Patrol Staff at Ski Resort Location: Niseko, Abuta-gun, Hokkaido Employment Type: Part-time Salary: 1,280 yen per hour (25% increase for overtime) Working Hours: 7:40 AM – 4:10 PM (Actual working time 7.5 hours, 1-hour break) Holidays and Leave: More than 6 days off per month (based on shifts) Job Description: - Patrol duties at the ski resort - First aid for injured persons - Rescue outside the courses - Other miscellaneous tasks Application Requirements: - Must be able to bring your own skis - Must have completed or plan to complete the Red Cross emergency training before starting work - Certification in Red Cross snow safety or ability to converse in English is a plus - Ability to ski at a level equivalent to SAJ level 1 to 2 Benefits: - Transportation expenses provided (conditions apply) - Various insurances based on company regulations - Free lift tickets during off-duty times - Discounted purchase system for full-season lift tickets for those who wish - Uniform provided - Round-trip transportation expenses up to 20,000 yen for those dispatched from outside the region - Round-trip transportation expenses up to 10,000 yen for those dispatched from over 50 km away within the prefecture - Dormitory fee: 3,000 yen per month - Meal fee: 18,000 yen per month (includes 3 meals, utilities, bedding) - Employment of more than 3 months required - Prorated calculations for mid-term entries and exits from the dormitory.
